Terms of Service
Please read everything carefully before contacting me about a commission. By requesting a commission, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms
• Workflow
> Work on Monday - Saturday at 08.00 A M - 20:00 P.M (GMT +7)
>Artist will start sketch the art after clients got in current queue
> 3x major revision on sketch process, 5x minor revision. Additional revision starts from 10k | $3 /revision
> Artist will provide only watermarked preview
> Artist will inform the clients, if there any delays. Feel free to request update on commission process. (But please make sure check on my trello first)
> Manhwa/anime will take 7-20 days to complete. Chibi will take 1-5 days (depending on queue), Chara sheet will take 20-35 days.
• payment and fees
> 50% upfront payment, 50% after sketch approved
> Invoice will be sent when artist ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before this request for payment from the artist.
> Invoice must be paid within 24 hours or the project may be cancelled.
> Price may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements, or additional request.
> No refunds unless I unable to finish the commission.
• Right and Use
> Artist own copyright of the drawing and files
> Strictly prohibited to feed my art for AI, NFTs, and any learning machine!
> Clients MUST NOT CLAIM the art as THEIR WORK, EDIT, and MODIFY IN ANY WAY.
> Please tag me @tsukirei0_0 or give credit whenever posting the art on social media.
> Artist will post the commission art for portofolio and my social media (posted on my social media only with clients consent)
• Commitment and agreement
> Clients provides complete brief and clear reference.
> Artist draws in their style only.
> Artist use IbisPaint X for drawing.
> Artist deserves the right to decline request if impossible to draw for any reason.
> Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright free, or educational materials, assets, and tools.
> Both artist and clients must keep secret of the private personal data.
